Jenny Howe

Jenny is a highly-skilled Executive Coach and Facilitator. For the past 20 years, she has specialized in working with C Suite level executives, entrepreneurs and teams to fully develop their potential in areas of transformational leadership, effective communication, strategic envisioning, succession planning and resilience.


Jenny created the Legacy of Excellence programs to help leaders impact their business and achieve lasting results, both in terms of bottom-line performance and influential leadership.

Jenny has worked globally across a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Utilities, Not for Profit Sector and Professional Services Firms. She is naturally talented at quickly identifying key patterns of thoughts and behaviours—fostering deeper insight into how to maximize the impact of what is working well and hit reset on self-limiting habits of thoughts and actions. Combining these insights with time-proven strategies for effective leadership, her clients soon discover that they are well set to pursue expanded pathways to excellence.

Jenny works well with individuals at various levels throughout an organization and particularly enjoys working with people transitioning to new roles and expanded levels of responsibility.

As an ICF accredited coach and recipient of the Prism award for excellence in coaching, Jenny’s approach reflects her passion for people, lifelong learning and humour. Her style is both warm and candid. She compliments all she does with her own commitment to ongoing personal development and has completed two Master’s Degrees—most recently in Global Change Leadership at Oxford’s Said School of Business and HEC, Paris. She is qualified in a variety of leadership assessment instruments, has completed Master Certification in Virtual Program Facilitation and a Diploma in Positive Psychology.

Grounded in the belief that increased self-awareness opens up new choices and possibilities, Jenny guides her clients to take a moment to hit pause; to step back from the constant activity of daily life and take stock. Together with her clients, she works to explore and redefine what it means to live life on purpose and create a vision for a fulfilling life, both in career and beyond.

Jenny's specialties include:

  • Coaching senior executives as they develop effective change leadership strategies, build buy-in and effectively translate vision statements into executable goals and objectives.
  • Facilitating the development and roll-out of internal coaching and mentoring programs. These programs leverage a broad base of organizational expertise to support succession planning, retention of top talent and facilitate cross-functional learning and collaboration.
  • Working with managers and executives to identify and support effective strategies as they step up to new roles of expanded scope and responsibility.
  • Design and facilitation of Resilience for Results programs, which enhance both individual and team resilience and performance.
